Bubble World Burnaby

Bubble World has forever earned a special place in my heart. The first thing you'll notice is the friendly and responsive staff. The second is the beautiful interior design. My go-to orders are usually the matcha ice cream slush with pearls, chicken teriyaki fried rice, or the salty peppery nuggets and takoyaki, all incredibly delicious and mouth-watering. In my humble opinion, Bubble World's slushes are the best in the Lower Mainland. They blend the ice nice and thin, curate just the right amount of sweetness, and prepare the pearls with the perfect chewy consistency. This place is always the first destination I have in mind when friends want a sweet treat!

I love it. I love it. It's our second night in Vancouver and the food here was the first to made an impression on us. We ordered the satay lamb on rice and marinated plate. Honest opinion as a taiwanese, the satay lamb isn't the most authentic, but it was very tasty nonetheless. Most satisfied meal so far in our Vancouver trip. Service was amazing too. Food came in a good time.

CASH AND CANADIAN DEBIT ONLY. We had to run to a currency exchange just a couple blocks away at the Crystal Mall since we're from the US, but it was well worth it! Everything my hubby and I had tasted PERFECT and service was super speedy and friendly. We were initially seated at a two-person table, but after hearing how much we were ordering, our waiter offered to move us to a four-person booth so all of the food would fit. During the ordering process, he also offered food recommendations since they have a pretty large menu, and he checked in with us mid-meal despite it being busy with the dinner rush. I love being able to adjust the sweetness level for the teas, and they had three whole lychees in my lychee red (black) tea, which was a pleasant surprise. Food portions were generous and we were stuffed. For 67 CAD, we had plenty of leftovers for another full meal.

Heavy on the flavour... however the portion for the price is very good compare to other restaurants in the area. I would ask the chef to put less salt next time. Service was quick and on point. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the food/service.

I got the baked rice with pork chop and tomato sauce. As you can see from the photo, it’s pretty good This is a Taiwanese restaurant but their take on this HK dish is on another level. I would recommend their individual hotpots and deep fried squid tentacles (not in photo) are quite delicious as well

Their staff is always friendly , the food comes quickly and is very good. Very well priced. I’m not much of a bubble tea drinker but when I was younger this was always my go to for bubble tea. Just turns out they have awesome food too.

There are countless times I have brought my husband here in the last 3 years, and equally how many times we have ordered via ubereats. Food quality is well maintained and staff are nice. My husband will never say no to their salt pepper fried chicken nuggets. We've tried almost every item on their menu. I like deep fried king oyster mushrooms/ tofu/ squid feet, takoyaki, pork intestine noodle soup, dirty matcha latte, and honey lemon red tea.

This is one of the late nights restaurants on my list, and it never disappoints me. We like their hot pot selection, and if you never try an egg crepe before, you have to try it!! It’s so good, almost authentic to Taiwanese flavor
